Frequently Asked Questions

What is the location of the camps?
All camps are held at the Carroll College PE Center, located at 1601 North Benton Avenue, Helena, Montana 59625.
What should campers bring?
Commuters: Water bottles, indoor and outdoor shoes, athletic clothing, lunch if necessary, and any personal medical needs.

Overnight Campers: All commuter items listed above, plus bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, fans, and snacks/drinks.
Do you offer refunds if my camper cannot attend?
Yes. Full refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the start of camp.
How are campers grouped by skill level?
Campers are initially grouped by grade level. If adjustments are needed based on skill level, we will regroup accordingly to ensure the best experience for every camper.
What if my child has a medical condition or allergy?
Please list any medical conditions or allergies in the notes section during registration. If your camper requires any medical equipment, bring it to check-in so our athletic trainer can be made aware.
Can I pick up my child early or drop off late?
Yes, early pickup and late drop-off can be arranged. Please communicate directly with your camper's league master coach to coordinate.
